From a total land of 13,300 stremma that is ownership of the partnership, the village is 5,700 stremma including 6.5 km of coastal land. Land for housing is 1,500 stremma, entertainment and public utilities areas occupy 350 stremma and what remains is open green space.
About 12% of the total land of the cooperative in Kriaritsi is available for housing and approximately 8% of that land (0.8% of the total area) is available for housing.
Each 500 sq.m. property has covering capacity for primary residence of 120 sq.m., plus 40 sq.m. capacity for ancillary spaces (car parking, entertainment kiosk etc.). Since most sites are at a slope of 15-30%, there is enough space left to raise an extra ground floor of 120-sq.m.
There is easy access for pedestrians and vehicles, since every site is situated next to asphalt roadways or streets. All sites have access to electricity, telephone, water provision for both drinking and general use and an independent sanitation system that leads waste outside the village for biological purification.
Finally, it is important to point out that all precautionary measures for the security of the settlement have been undertaken.
