The relief in Kriaritsi, characteristic of the Greek islands, is rocky with sloping ground, which creates amphitheatric views to the local beaches and bays, Mount Athos and the green peninsula of Sithonia.
The vegetation in the part of the village that is located near the sea is bushy, as the pine trees which once existed there, were destroyed in a wildfire. However, a large forest surrounds the village.
